"Waiting and Translating" beschäftigt sich mit Büchern, die bald in englischer Sprache erscheinen und die für mich übersetzungswürdige Kandidaten sind!
Diesmal habe ich mich für "The Unwanteds" von Lisa McMann, die vielen wahrscheinlich durch ihre "Wake"-Trilogie bekannt sein dürfte, entschieden. Ich bin gespannt, wie die Autorin diese interessant klingende Geschichte umsetzt. Es scheint uns ein Mix aus Dystopie, Magie und der Kampf gegen Gut und Böse zu erwarten, der aber eher auf jüngere Leser ausgerichtet ist.
